Write from an address you actually read. The most common reason a message goes unanswered is that the reply had nowhere to go.
Faster than email: something happening in a room
Email cannot reach anybody quickly enough to help while it is still going on. Use the flag option on the person's nickname, or message any moderator in the room. Someone is on duty at all hours.
Not by email: appealing a ban or a kick
These go through the complaint section of the forum. Post there with your nickname and roughly when it happened, and an administrator will review the room log.
Do not evade the ban while you wait. Coming back under another nickname turns a temporary ban into a permanent one, and it is usually the thing that decides the appeal.
Reporting a minor
This is the highest priority report we handle. It is escalated to the relevant authorities rather than only moderated, so report it in the room immediately and email us as well if you have anything that would be lost otherwise.
