This is nothing new actually. guys have been wearing tights and stockings for a long while, mainly when participating in outdoor activities such as fishing, sailing, riding motorcycles etc. They were the first form of 'first layer' clothing before more modern materials became available, and are used for additional comfort from getting cold.
As long as men's lace panties are concerned, as long as the cut and style is designed for men, then I don't see any problems with wearing them. Come on guys, get in touch with your feminine sides

That's actually true scorps ,I had a cousin who would wear tights (pinching my sister's) under his work clothes on construction
