Hello ChatZoZo Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with the emoji spam filter in the chat.

When I send multiple emojis in a message, the system sometimes detects it as spam and blocks/restricts the message. Even when the emojis are being used normally, the spam filter appears to trigger unexpectedly.

Could you please check the emoji spam detection and consider adjusting the filter so that normal users are not affected by false spam detections?

Issue: Emoji messages are incorrectly detected as spam
Expected: Normal emoji usage should be allowed
Actual: The message gets blocked as spam

how many emoji are you trying to post at once? there is a limit and the system WILL flag it.

I understand there is a limit. The issue is that even when I send only 5–6 emojis, if I then add just one different emoji afterward, it gets detected as spam. So it seems the filter is triggering based on the previous emoji messages rather than the actual number of emojis in the new message.

then dont send so many at once? you can post 3 at time without any problem.
