Abuser: ​

There're many types of abuser's we encounter in chat rooms below r few..,

1. Few persons Who kept grudge/ jealous on someone, come with guest IDs to satisfy their inner soul.​
2. Few abuses instantly with their own ID when they got hurt​
3. Few persons hit u hard psychologically they won't leave u until u got exhausted. (more dangerous).​
4. The "kattappaa" who's with us and who knows everything about us will backstabs....etc​

Does abusing is new to telugu room (or others rooms)...? No
Go to complaint section in forum u can access to "n" number of complaints and U may get suprise when u came to know that few so called well-known users are also an abuser (long back).

So the person who's abusing is changing not the abusing., time to time that abuser place is replaced by someone else.

User's:​

The active participation of an user is more important to engage/keep wall conversation alive.

1. Few persons, they don't follow rules but they raise their voice for staff to take actions on others.
2. Few users, who don't wanna use ignore button they wait until staff to take action.
3. Few who escape or will go offline when there's an issue.
4. Few, try to help others and hit report buttons and inform mods.
5. Few, who thinks "ignorance is bliss"..
6. The person's who can't tolerate partiality... Etc

Basically the problem starts with gossiping (back bitching - nah nah Itching). In virtual everything is an illusion so if u r giving information to someone.., one day it'll be backfire. (INFORMATION IS WEALTH) so keep restricting urself to not giving any information about your personal World.

Second one, staff being biased or partial while taking action on users..? But user's need to know that we All r humans so sometimes we may missed the chats or sometimes they're away or may be chatting in pvt (even they've their personal life). Go to their pvt and tell the situation and ask them to take action (maximum times it'll work).

And u thought we r enjoying the power but the reality is when the abuser take U-turn on us(staff) nobody will stood with us(staff). U guyz will enjoy ur chats but we have to face the consequences. I know ur question (If staff take the badge it doesn't mean they have to tolerate abusing or they have to stay all the time or always active).

( In my personal experience Only SAILU Garu stood with me when an abuser abused me she raised her voice against him except her nobody Literally Nobody take stand for me in my entire staff journey)

Thirdly why don't u guys use ignore option when someone is poking or abusing u..?

Lemme give a real world scenario

Someone is coming with sword will u RUN or Will u Just STAND their until police arrive...? (I hope u get my point).

When someone get Badge they've two roles.. 1. Staff role 2. User (self) role

If there's a badge beside our name we have to keep our user mode within control coz we r representing the site as a staff our actions may impact/ create problems.

Lemme share my parsonal experience - when I was Admin I've access to knock user's pvt even their pvt was off. When I came to know they're uncomfortable with my message, I never bothered (ashamed) to say sorry coz there's is a Big badge beside my name so my texts will create negative impacts to users.

And as a admin I said sorry to many users when my co staff members being rude with them. Sometimes a small sorry can sort out things.


Second one, keep ur EGO away don't take actions to satisfy ur EGO (don't listen to the user in You when u r with staff ID).

Ask ur senior whenever u r going to take action to new issue (u never encountered before) when I was room mod I always knocked Ichayan's Pvt for rules so when u r new it's okay to ask ur senior

Nilaani, Shyam, Jupi, somiya, witcher, singh all these guys are came from that stage, so fell free to ask ur seniors if u have any doubt.

Don't be partial/ take stands do consider everyone equally.

One thing where I get jealous on u guyz, when I was conducting events everyone poked or hurted me with their words (both staff side and users) and I've to say sorry for keeping events alive.. and faced lot's of abusing too but U guys have BIG MAN and he's not even allowing anyone to touch you.

Coming to Telugu room issues

1. Posting song's is fine but keeping those lyrics on wall is irritating, I'm not talking about one or two users as far as I know they're 6-8 user's doing this. Doing this one or twice is acceptable but doing for every song and everyday it's really hectic.
2. Gossiping: Don't use someone's personal or site matters for basement of ur flirting or timepass ,if u guys don't have anything to talk in pvt just stop pvt chatting.
3. If someone is going to poke you just hit ignore on his first tag (If u cut the communication half of the problem will solved). Don't think that others are watching, the reality is they need one topic to chit chat so today u became topic but tomorrow some else..., they don't even know who u r in ur real life.
4. Staff and user conflicts (may b misunderstanding or miscommunication). Satisfying EGO will give u nothing so be neutral in every situation.
5. Fighting on wall for back bitching leaks.......... earlier I said Information is wealth so if someone passed ur info to others it's okay just stop fighting on wall, create pvt conversation in forum with all the members who are part of it and sort it out. (Wall Convo gives info to all online user's and make the issue more complex).

Create a forum conversation with 4 of you @ukgirl @mysteriouzz

And before going to offline inform to other three persons what actions and on whome u guyz took when u r online. This will create awareness on issue to other telugu room staff members so they can act accordingly.

When I came to know they're uncomfortable with my message, I never bothered (ashamed) to say sorry coz there's is a Big badge beside my name so my texts will create negative impacts to users.

And as a admin I said sorry to many users when my co staff members being rude with them. Sometimes a small sorry can sort out things.


Second one, keep ur EGO away don't take actions to satisfy ur EGO (don't listen to the user in You when u r with staff ID).

Ask ur senior whenever u r going to take action to new issue (u never encountered before) when I was room mod I always knocked Ichayan's Pvt for rules so when u r new it's okay to ask ur senior

Nilaani, Shyam, Jupi, somiya, witcher, singh all these guys are came from that stage, so fell free to ask ur seniors if u have any doubt.

Don't be partial/ take stands do consider everyone equally.

One thing where I get jealous on u guyz, when I was conducting events everyone poked or hurted me with their words (both staff side and users) and I've to say sorry for keeping events alive.. and faced lot's of abusing too but U guys have BIG MAN and he's not even allowing anyone to touch you.

Don't think that others are watching, the reality is they need one topic to chit chat so today u became topic but tomorrow some else..., they don't even know who u r in ur real life.

Go to complaint section in forum u can access to "n" number of complaints and U may get suprise when u came to know that few so called well-known users are also an abuser (long back).

So the person who's abusing is changing not the abusing., time to time that abuser place is replaced by someone else.

User's:​

The active participation of an user is more important to engage/keep wall conversation alive.

1. Few persons, they don't follow rules but they raise their voice for staff to take actions on others.
2. Few users, who don't wanna use ignore button they wait until staff to take action.
3. Few who escape or will go offline when there's an issue.
4. Few, try to help others and hit report buttons and inform mods.
5. Few, who thinks "ignorance is bliss"..
6. The person's who can't tolerate partiality... Etc

Basically the problem starts with gossiping (back bitching - nah nah Itching). In virtual everything is an illusion so if u r giving information to someone.., one day it'll be backfire. (INFORMATION IS WEALTH) so keep restricting urself to not giving any information about your personal World.

Second one, staff being biased or partial while taking action on users..? Here abuser (that abuser knows all staff and users I don't want share here names)come and abusing about the family character and linked to the other users like this type of abusing in telugu room ...we block that users but they are talking about family ...in that partical time if there is no one moderator available we did not expect nothing..... In that perticular time some mods is there they are chatting in wall with the users .... They are active .... We don't know they are talking with these topic with moderators or not ...but the problem is routine.... One thing where I get jealous on u guyz, when I was conducting events everyone poked or hurted me with their words (both staff side and users) and I've to say sorry for keeping events alive.. and faced lot's of abusing too but U guys have BIG MAN and he's not even allowing anyone to touch you.

Coming to Telugu room issues
​

1. Posting song's is fine but keeping those lyrics on wall is irritating, I'm not talking about one or two users as far as I know they're 6-8 user's doing this. Doing this one or twice is acceptable but doing for every song and everyday it's really hectic.
2. Gossiping: Don't use someone's personal or site matters for basement of ur flirting or timepass ,if u guys don't have anything to talk in pvt just stop pvt chatting.
3. If someone is going to poke you just hit ignore on his first tag (If u cut the communication half of the problem will solved). Don't think that others are watching, the reality is they need one topic to chit chat so today u became topic but tomorrow some else..., they don't even know who u r in ur real life.
4. Staff and user conflicts (may b misunderstanding or miscommunication). Satisfying EGO will give u nothing so be neutral in every situation.
5. Fighting on wall for back bitching leaks.......... earlier I said Information is wealth so if someone passed ur info to others it's okay just stop fighting on wall, create pvt conversation in forum with all the members who are part of it and sort it out. (Wall Convo gives info to all online user's and make the issue more complex).
6. Politricks

These are only few issues I mentioned.


And I request My brothers @ModernSanyasi, & Ash man (I think this idiot changed his ID)

Create a forum conversation with 4 of you @ukgirl @mysteriouzz

And before going to offline inform to other three persons what actions and on whome u guyz took when u r online. This will create awareness on issue to other telugu room staff members so they can act accordingly.

Dear user's once u left this site someone will replace you and Dear staff once you handed over badge owner's will recruit someone else in ur place. So don't waste ur valuable time for flights which gives you nothing.

Here abuser (that abuser knows all staff and users I don't want share here names)come and abusing about the family character and linked to the other users like this type of abusing in telugu room ...we block that users but they are talking about family ...in that partical time if there is no one moderator available we did not expect nothing..... In that perticular time some mods is there they are chatting in wall with the users .... They are active .... We are go and telling there pms ...asking take action "they are poking and talking about personal info..and linking with users with abusing way "... They said just block and ignore ,... We are asking many times in there pms and wshiper....thay didn't take action instantly.... Than we take ss and tell to the telugu admins .. plz do something we ask ...they said we are talking about this with the mods.... Again same we ask mods they didn't do than we go other room admins shyam masterpiece with screenshot..so many users talk with the issue with admins ..... Our problem is abusing we can block that person but room moderator is there we are asking they didn't do anything...we approach admins ..they said we are talking about this ...the. Again repeat in the wall daily ..... We are directly asking in the wall with the moderators (we are not reply back to the abusers we are taking directly)....then moderator reply back ...they reply...we reply ... The conversation becomes big...and they loose some words and we loose some words ....then they kicked us .... Then the topic infront of the @Hades ... actually problem is after we are trying all the ways we frst talk with moderators and then asking admins then asking other room admins ... We don't know they are talking with these topic with moderators or not ...but the problem is routine.... After we create a group in forum along with hades they told the topics and we told the topics and they crop screen shots and told to the hades then they are decide we are making drama in the chat rooms..... This is happening in the telugu room.... We are not making drama...you know we are also badge holders ...we are waiting 6months of time and spend time in the forum then getting points and take badges .... And we have a minimum knowledge of chat rooms ....who's abusing or who's not abusing.... We give complaints ...why they are argue with us ... Why they didn't take action immediately...they taking action after 40mnts or 1hr ....... And one more thing cuz of this topics some people deleted their accountss and some people lost their badges and some people banned ...and some people kicked out from the room .... All are badge holders not others.... @VAMC become your admin ..we didn't give complaints like this way and even we didn't ask anything... Every badge holders asking about this ... Why they are thinking we are making drama if we are making drama in wall what we will return back .... They are completely miss understanding us ...... We have so many screeshots about this ..... I think other rooms not facing like this way... Our room facing lots of issues.... We all are friends not the enimies... We just asking about the abusers... "THE NEVER ENDING STORY"


Abuser: ​

There're many types of abuser's we encounter in chat rooms below r few..,

1. Few persons Who kept grudge/ jealous on someone, come with guest IDs to satisfy their inner soul.​
2. Few abuses instantly with their own ID when they got hurt​
3. Few persons hit u hard psychologically they won't leave u until u got exhausted. (more dangerous).​
4. The "kattappaa" who's with us and who knows everything about us will backstabs....etc​

Does abusing is new to telugu room (or others rooms)...? No
Go to complaint section in forum u can access to "n" number of complaints and U may get suprise when u came to know that few so called well-known users are also an abuser (long back).

So the person who's abusing is changing not the abusing., time to time that abuser place is replaced by someone else.

User's:​

The active participation of an user is more important to engage/keep wall conversation alive.

1. Few persons, they don't follow rules but they raise their voice for staff to take actions on others.
2. Few users, who don't wanna use ignore button they wait until staff to take action.
3. Few who escape or will go offline when there's an issue.
4. Few, try to help others and hit report buttons and inform mods.
5. Few, who thinks "ignorance is bliss"..
6. The person's who can't tolerate partiality... Etc

Basically the problem starts with gossiping (back bitching - nah nah Itching). In virtual everything is an illusion so if u r giving information to someone.., one day it'll be backfire. (INFORMATION IS WEALTH) so keep restricting urself to not giving any information about your personal World.

Second one, staff being biased or partial while taking action on users..? But user's need to know that we All r humans so sometimes we may missed the chats or sometimes they're away or may be chatting in pvt (even they've their personal life). Go to their pvt and tell the situation and ask them to take action (maximum times it'll work).

And u thought we r enjoying the power but the reality is when the abuser take U-turn on us(staff) nobody will stood with us(staff). U guyz will enjoy ur chats but we have to face the consequences. I know ur question (If staff take the badge it doesn't mean they have to tolerate abusing or they have to stay all the time or always active).

( In my personal experience Only SAILU Garu stood with me when an abuser abused me she raised her voice against him except her nobody Literally Nobody take stand for me in my entire staff journey)

Thirdly why don't u guys use ignore option when someone is poking or abusing u..?

Lemme give a real world scenario

Someone is coming with sword will u RUN or Will u Just STAND their until police arrive...? (I hope u get my point).

Remember one thing we (all users) are not here to do flights nor to satisfy our EGO or not to encourage abusing.. we all have enough issues in our real life why should we spoil this virtual time too (Think about it).

Staff:
I don't have any right to speak about staff just I'm sharing my past experience and what I've seen in Telugu room in recent day's ​

"Staff: Entered as unknown and became as well-known". You r few of them who was awarded with privilege badge along with responsibility.

Types of staff (I hope everyone aware of it so I don't need to categorise)

When someone get Badge they've two roles.. 1. Staff role 2. User (self) role

If there's a badge beside our name we have to keep our user mode within control coz we r representing the site as a staff our actions may impact/ create problems.

Lemme share my parsonal experience - when I was Admin I've access to knock user's pvt even their pvt was off. When I came to know they're uncomfortable with my message, I never bothered (ashamed) to say sorry coz there's is a Big badge beside my name so my texts will create negative impacts to users.

And as a admin I said sorry to many users when my co staff members being rude with them. Sometimes a small sorry can sort out things.


Second one, keep ur EGO away don't take actions to satisfy ur EGO (don't listen to the user in You when u r with staff ID).

Ask ur senior whenever u r going to take action to new issue (u never encountered before) when I was room mod I always knocked Ichayan's Pvt for rules so when u r new it's okay to ask ur senior

Regarding moderation — I want to clarify that I am a regular user first, and moderation is a responsibility, not a superpower. I’m not a supercomputer capable of monitoring every single message that scrolls through the wall. I do my best to keep an eye on spammers, ensure posts follow chat guidelines, and respond appropriately. But yes, occasionally a message may slip past me, and I acknowledge that.


Now, when it comes to what qualifies as abuse, we must understand it's often subjective, especially when users manipulate language cleverly to bypass rules. Many experienced users know exactly how to phrase things to escape accountability — for example, phrases like "GOOD THE LOW" in Telugu, which may sound harmless in English, are clearly intended to be offensive. If users have the insight to understand and use such double-meaning phrases, I trust they also understand that ZoZo has provided the "Ignore" and "Block" features for a reason. As reiterated multiple times by @Hades, this is the first and most effective line of defense.

Despite that, I often receive dismissive or accusatory remarks like, “Why are you even here as a moderator?” or “You're unfit for this role.” These are not just unconstructive — they ignore the fact that moderation here comes with limited powers. We do not have omnipotent authority. Also, it's important to note that many of the users creating disturbances are seasoned veterans of this platform who are well aware of these limitations. They would never dare to behave the same way when administrators are around, because they know where the real authority lies. It’s unfortunate that some users see moderators as "lesser" in the staff hierarchy and choose to act out accordingly.


As you rightly said, this virtual space is an illusion, and nothing here is worth losing peace of mind over. I’ve learned to brush off politics and groupism, but let me make one thing clear — I’m not the kind of woman who will quietly tolerate abuse or mockery. I will stand up for myself when needed and handle situations firmly and respectfully.


I also welcome guidance and advice from senior administrators. In fact, after observing the patterns here, I have decided to periodically prepare and send a status report directly to @Hades and @Aphrodite regarding the happenings in the Telugu chat room. This is to avoid miscommunication and keep the leadership in the loop.


Let’s also not ignore the irony — those who question the moderators' integrity and competency here never raise these issues when administrators are online, nor do they escalate it through the proper forum complaint threads, where their past behavior and violations may be documented. They prefer confrontation in open chat, not for resolution, but to gain attention or disrupt the room.


I am happy to address any concerns or questions — as long as they are brought up through the right platform and with basic courtesy. Let’s work together to make this a space for healthy, peaceful interaction, rather than conflict.

For users :

we staff are humans too but we trying our best to be friendly with everyone n try taking actions on the spambusers yet we may sometimes need to be strict on u guys too to maintain peace

Sometimes the actions may be silly to u n some may make u feel unfair n some may make u feel we are not supportive


Some of u may think we are biased n actions on few - we do try to keep chat in check so we try to do what's peaceful to chat regardless of mute/kick/ban few may keep coming n keep poking we try to evade their focus on us to make users relax n as said u guys keep reporting n ignore them


When u think any action is inappropriate try to reach out the staff in person in positive way rather than making mess in wall n making fun of staff and entertaining others..... Dragging issue on wall makes u troubler n ends up with action on u

All our moves n actions are being observed always so never think whatever we do is of our choice we do bound to our instructions


Stop treating us as machines or bots n try to assist us to keep chat keen


To mods :

There is nothing much i could say to u guys as u n i all are learners n we can learn something from each other

Just few points : try to be attentive to wall when u are in site ( when u get a work just switch the room ) so no body can think u r not taking any actions

Try to avoid responding so our words will never cause any conflicts n make others keep dragging it


Whatever happened is happened on yesterday just try to make a fresh start today without any issues from past ( this makes u have relaxation n make chat peaceful)

Try to think of the two sides of coin as both sides stories never get stick to one side n take actions ( one sided story never gives us keen synopsis listening to other side can completely change ur pov )

When user raises a question on ur action rather than ignoring/ getting furious try to end the mess up with quick n clear explanation

Even after being calm n polite even if users keep dragging/making fun of staff simply hit the action bar the highers will support u always



N at last all are here to have some peaceful time with fun n relaxation so don't give room to issues n enjoy the time we spend here ...... Rest of spambusers will be handled by staff

Thank u for the reply ...Frst they didn't take action they take action after one hr after many compliments... Frst take action after that abuser came... Kick twice or thrice again if the person come back then we don't ask ... Why not even once after we give complaints ... And instead of that they are chit chatting with the abusers u can ask in the wall ...about this topic .. dear @Aphrodite in 4years of my journey I didn't give reports and complaints why I am asking this ...listen what I am saying I didn't point of anyone..my adn other users problem also same just ask the all the badge holders they told whats goes on ... Think about the users just once
