Account banned

Hi admins,
I can't login zozo chatroom from yesterday. It says account banned from system. Wat should i do now? Kindly help me.

when it says "limit reached," you've tried logging in to many times. Make sure you clear your cache, and cookies, also make sure your browser is up to date. Your account isn't banned.
