But, being truthful, each hair type is different. A specific routine someone is following may not work on your hair.
As an example, some people may experience hair fall on using oil, just like me. I just use oil once or twice a week. That too rosemary oil or coconut. Using someother oil causes me a lot of hair fall.
Some people's hair may grow longer after frequent usage of oil, like my mom's, whose hair is long and she uses coconut oil daily. You need to analyze your hair before following a routine, or else, you're gonna lose everything.
