My favourite kdrama is Legend of the blue sea. Its a fantasy romcom with heaps of comedy in it.
Im a huge Lee Min Ho fan and Jun-ji-hyun looks ethereal in this show. Plus I've always loved the concept of mermaids so this show is close to my heart.

When Life Gives You Tangerines is a more recent K-drama that wrecked me from start to finish. Despite the many, many comic relief moments, the slice-of-life romantic drama had me questioning my entire life, my choices, triumphs, mistakes and everything in between, while crying my heart out. Personally, it was the endearing father-daughter relationship between Yang Gwansik (Park Hae Joon) and Yang Geummyeong (IU) that made me terribly miss my own dad, and which is why I don't think I'd ever revisit this masterpiece.
