Hello and good evening Ms. . Yes this is the one and it's supposed to be a superfood by all standards specially for vegetarians. In our house also we do make dishes out of it but mostly south Indian based as this vegetable is not really staple to north India per se. In fact in our colony there are few houses who have planted the trees which bear this vegetable and sometimes when they get a bumper crop, they are kind enough to send some across. This vegetable combined with Indian spices like turmeric, black pepper and ghee enhances it's nutritional value four folds. God bless!!! . Cheers!!
