Unable to open chat room

Hi I'm unable to open chat room with or without VPN . I used to access with a VPN few months back but not it's not possible with or without VPN. Please assist
 
what network are you using? its entirely possible its the network and not zozo.

This is what it says. The geographical location don't let to connect without a VPN before. The login date is still shown to be February though I logging today
 
I've tried with both mobile and Wi-Fi. Both r alike not able to connect. Surprisingly the site says my login date to be February 02
