The Mirror Law

What we struggle to accept in others may sometimes reflect what we haven't made peace with within ourselves.

Does that mean tolerating rude or inappropriate behaviour? Absolutely not.

Acceptance is not permission, and understanding is not justification.

It's about learning to respond with awareness rather than anger, setting boundaries without bitterness, and recognising what's wrong without letting it steal our peace.

You cannot always control how others behave, but you can choose how much power their behaviour has over your inner world. ♡

Intelligent post.
There is mirror effect in how we perceive others behavior, best way to recognise it is to find what is it in their behavior that truly irks us. Strangely it could just be a certain mannerism.

Yes it's true
How we react to others say a lot about ourself.

Absolutely! Sometimes the smallest mannerisms trigger the strongest reactions, revealing something deeper within us.

Many of life's answers reveal themselves the moment we look into the mirror of our own heart, rather than pointing a finger at another.
