The Gold Rush: 49ers football

That makes it saturday aug 26th at 4:00 am for me

Ok folks, the big day is here finally!! Opening day of the NFL!!

Today the 49ers take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in a game that hasn't seen these two face off since 2019. These two teams have been going head to head against one another since 1951, so far the 9ers hold a 12-10 record all time against the "Steel Curtain" of Pittsburgh.

The 9ers will be traveling east to face off against the Steelers at 1:00pm EST in Pittsburgh. Be there or be square.

soooo the first game of the season is now officially in the books.

It would seem the red and gold machine is still firing on all cylinders, offense defense and special teams all played exceptionally well against a much hyped up and vaunted Pittsburgh Steelers, either the Steelers are a really bad team, or they played against an outstanding 9ers organization. Whatever the case may be.. they lost, badly.

San Francisco 49ers: (1-0) 30
Pittsburgh Steelers: (0-1) 7

alrighty folks, we have a division rival coming up this Sunday in the Los Angeles Rams.

Los Angeles Rams: (1-0)
San Francisco 49ers: (1-0)

The 9ers make their long trek back west after their game against Pittsburgh and are set to take on the Super Bowl champions of 2022 these two teams have a long storied history beginning in 1950.

The 9ers hold an all time record of 77 wins vs 68 losses against the Rams.

The game will be played in Los Angeles making this the second time in a row that the 49ers will be playing away from home.

Sunday in Los Angeles 09/17/23 at 4:05pm EST

alrighty then 9er fans!! Mark another check in the win column. Wasn't pretty, but Purdy lead the team to another win. He is now the first rookie QB in NFL history to start his first 7 games during regular season, score at least 2 touchdowns in each game, and WIN. I'll take that, especially against division rivals Los Angeles Rams...

San Francisco 49ers: (2-0) 30
Los Angeles Rams: (1-1) 23

we got ourselves a Thursday night game coming up, a short week so that kinda sucks, but hey, the 9ers will be back home and ready to take on the New York Giants this Thursday folks.

These two teams have faced off against one another a total of 42 times over the years with the series being tied, 21-21
The last time they met up, the 9ers beat the Giants 36-9. lets see if they can keep that trend up

New York Giants (1-1)
San Francisco 49ers (2-0)

Thursday in San Francisco 09/21/23 at 8:15pm EST

Woo Hoo!!! the Red and Gold machine is plowing through the competition thus far. The 9ers start their season with a 3-0 start for the first time since 2019 after their sound defeat of the New York Giants. Now they get to rest up for awhile and enjoy some down time before taking on division rivals Arizona Cardinals on 10/01/23.

New York Giants: (1-2) 12
San Francisco 49ers: (3-0) 30

ok 9er fans, get ready for another one. The 49ers will be taking on the Cardinals this time, a division rival.. The Cardinals are coming off a stunning upset (I can still hear my friend crying over this, hahaha Jesse, the Cowgirls can suck it:finger:) over the Cowboys last week only to face a well rested 9er outfit.

These two teams have met head to head on occasion since 1951 until the realignment of the league in 2002 and the Cardinals moved into the NFC West Division. As it stands the 9ers lead the series 34-29

Lets find out what the outcome will be this Sunday.

Arizona Cardinals: (1-2)
San Francisco 49ers: (3-0)

Sunday in San Francisco 10/01/23 at 4:25pm EST

well well well, how about that. The 49ers are now 4-0 after making short work of the Cardinals. The Cardinals didnt go quietly unto that goodnight though, they tried to fight, but alas, it was for not.

Now the 9ers have a REAL test next Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys.

Arizona Cardinals: (1-3) 16
San Francisco 49ers: (4-0) 35

Alright then 9er fans, here's the game we've been waiting for since the season started, the Dallas Cowgirls facing off against the San Francisco 49ers. These two rivals have been going head to head since the 60's with the series being tied 19-19. (the only team the Cowgirls do NOT have a winning record against)

For the past 2 years the Cowgirls have not been able to beat the 9ers in post season, losing twice in Playoff games against a bruising defense the 9ers are able to field.

Lets see what happens this Sunday when the 9ers ride them Cowgirls like the bitches they are.:finger:

Dallas Cowgirls: (3-1)
San Francisco 49ers: (4-0)

Sunday in San Francisco 10/08/23 8:20pm EST

ugh 2:20 am game for me ,better be some good bruising

what a BEAUTIFUL morning this is, the day after the Cowboy fans had their team exposed for the frauds that they are.#1 defense in the league? Only because they hadn't played any good teams yet. What happened when they DID play against the TRUE number 1 defense in the League? They ran into a brick wall.

Dak Prescott WAS getting his confidence back until he came against the 49ers. He's thrown 1 interception in 4 games. Last night he threw 3 in one game.

The Dallas defense allowed 41 total combined points in 4 games. Last night? The 49ers scored 42 points in one GAME!:Cwl: "how bout dem boyz?" The 9ers broke the Cowboys. No other way to put it.

Dallas Cowgirls: (3-2) 10
San Francisco 49ers: (5-0) 42

@Hades you forgot to mention that not only did we humilate the cowgirls , That our QB Brock Purdy threw 3 of his 4 TD passes to George Kittle ,making it Kittles first three TD game of his Career

Alright then fans, this weekend the team flies east to take on the Cleveland Browns. These two teams meet face to face about every 4yrs starting back in 1946.
The Browns hold a winning record against the 9ers with a 10-19 lead. The last time they met however the 9ers routed them by a score of 31-3 back in 2019.

Lets see what happens this weekend.

San Francisco 49ers: (5-0)
Cleveland Browns: (2-2)

Sunday in Cleveland 10/15/23 1:00pm EST

oh what a terrible feeling it is to lose. It was bound to happen 9er fans, and boy did it ever.

San Francisco 49ers: (5-1) 17
Cleveland Browns: (3-2) 19

Some really bad playing on both sides of the ball, and some terrible officiating by the refs, but credit where credit is due, the Cleveland Browns pulled off an upset ( I dont feel so bad though cause the Eagles lost to the JETS!!! :Cwl:)

So, with that being said onwards to the next game, which will be against the Minnesota Vikings. The all time record for these two teams is 25-23-1 with the 9ers leading that series. Once again the 9ers will be traveling east, to face the Vikings in Minnesota.

San Francisco 49ers: (5-1)
Minnesota Vikings: (2-4)

Monday in Minnesota 10/23/23 8:15pm EST

 it hurts just typing this out, what another poor showing on both sides of the ball last night. What makes it worse, is that the refs can't even be blamed for last nights fiasco. The Vikings straight up outplayed the 9ers in every category.

San Francisco 49ers: (5-2) 17
Minnesota Vikings: (3-4) 22

Cincinnati Bengals: (3-3)
San Francisco 49ers: (5-2)

Sunday in San Francisco 10/29/23 4:25pm EST

Well now, it looks like the 9ers are once again back in form. A very impressive win over the Jacksonville Jaguars after their bye week to regroup and get some much needed rest.
