I am writing to formally appeal the recent ban on my account, which I believe was issued based on false and unverified reports without a fair review.


I want to clarify the situation and address the misunderstandings:

• No Abuse or Harassment: I have never maliciously targeted, harassed, or abused anyone on this platform.
• Context of the Conversation: The casual remark in question was made strictly as a lighthearted joke, not as serious abuse. Moreover, the other user willingly continued to respond and chose not to block me, proving that the conversation was mutual and unproblematic.
• Wall Posts: I have never posted inappropriate remarks on anyone's wall, nor have I engaged in teasing or taunting.
• The Reports are Unfounded: Both user reports are completely false. If the individuals genuinely felt bothered, they had the option to block me at any time instead of continuing the conversation and filing meritless claims.
• Platform Standing: I have never misused my badge or acted in bad faith, and my overall conduct on the platform has always been respectful. Other users can vouch for this.

Action was taken against my account based on false judgment without giving me a chance to explain my side. I kindly request you to re-evaluate this case objectively, review the actual context of the interaction, and lift the ban.

umm you do realize that the ban is up today right? You're no longer banned. so its no longer an issue. As for the ban itself, we dont kick/ban/mute without actual proof. If you said something and it was reported that report comes with a SS of exactly what was said. no SS no ban/mute or kick. Its not taking somebodies word for it, its YOUR words in the screenshot.

Irregardless, the ban is up today.
