“SHALL WE MEET?” — The Day a Chat Became a Memory
Some stories begin with a hello. Some begin with a friendship.
And some… begin with a simple, dangerous little sentence:
“SHALL WE MEET?”
I already told you about Healer — a part of my life who somehow entered through a screen and slowly found her way into the real version of me.
Days passed.
Conversations became trust.
Trust became comfort.
Comfort became something neither of us really knew how to name.
She took care of me in her own little ways.
She teased me.
She changed me.
She somehow understood the person behind all my madness and, somewhere along the way, became part of the reason I became who I am today.
And then came that Sunday… 13 ,September 2026.
Our FIRST MEET.
Before that day, in chat we always share teasing sessions, laughing therapy, exercise plans, diet plans, reels, random conversations and countless little moments eachother.
We even planned to watch a movie online together one Sunday.
Unfortunately…
Travel + exhaustion + me =

Yes.
I slept.
One more disappointment added to her collection.

But somehow, every time I disappointed her…
she returned with a surprise.
That's just .
And then came the unexpected plan.
Because sometimes you can plan everything from A to Z…
…and life simply laughs and says,
“Wait. I have a better idea.”
A sudden call can change an entire day.
“SHALL WE MEET?”
Four words.
But for her, those four words planted an entire garden of excitement for the whole week.
Meeting me wasn't exactly easy for her.
She had to cross a few hurdles just to get there.
Home → permission → planning → travelling → nervousness → overthinking → excitement → and probably another 500 imaginary scenarios.
And because it was her first solo meet with someone she had only known through chat, I wanted her to feel comfortable.
So I brought a friend of mine along.
Safety first.
Chaos second.
The plan was:
Meet at 1 PM.
Reality?
I started with my friend at 10 AM.
Because why reach on time when you can turn the day into a mini road trip? ️
Tuticorin →
Panjalamkurichi Fort

→ VOC House

→ Ettayapuram Bharathi House

We were collecting places like Pokémon.
Then…
Her call.
“I'm about to start.”
And suddenly…
VROOM VROOM. ️
Every kilometre suddenly felt too long.
The original plan was to meet directly at the resort.
But plans are only plans until she enters the story.
We changed everything.
“Let's meet on the way.”
She gave us a location.
We reached.
And there she was…
Somewhere between excitement and fear, she was basically saying:
“POLAM… POLAM… POLAM!”
Nw it become famous dialogue to tease her

A dialogue I still use to pull her leg nw.
She guided us toward the resort.
We finally sat down at our booked seats.
And honestly…
her happiness had no volume control.
The first few minutes were awkward introductions.
Ten minutes of:
“So… finally…”
Five minutes of:
“What should we order?”
But slowly, the awkwardness disappeared.
The person I knew through a screen was suddenly sitting right beside me.
Not a profile picture.
Not a username.
Not a voice from a phone.
Real.
And somehow… familiar.
A little teasing.

A little laughter.

A shoulder hug.

A little pinching just to bring out her cuteness.
And somewhere between all that…
we started collecting memories.
Photo session.
My friend decided the retro bar would be the perfect place.
Unfortunately…
the retro bar was already enjoying itself.
Too many people.

Too little privacy.
So we escaped.
No perfect photoshoot.
No perfect plan.
But somehow…
perfect memories.
Then came another surprise.
She quietly took something wrapped from her bike.
A gift.

Before giving it to me, she tried to casually convince me:
“It's from my friend.”
That little blush gave the whole story away.
I smiled.
She smiled.
And I said thanks.
But somewhere inside, I was thinking…
“Wait… that's it?”
We met.
We ate.
We talked.
We took pictures.
Now we leave?
My soul clearly wasn't ready to end the day.
And apparently, my friend had already hacked my mind.
She suddenly asked her:
“Any place nearby?”
She thought for a while…
Then:
“Yeah… there's a game centre nearby.”
And THAT…
was when the real madness started.
Shooting games.

Water games.

VR games.

Table tennis.

️ Bike racing.

️ Car racing.

Three people.
Zero seriousness.
Unlimited laughter.
A perfect little trio.
For a few hours, there was no past.
No future.
No overthinking.
Just three people having ridiculously good fun.
And then…
the hardest part.
“Bye.”
Funny how one small word can suddenly feel so heavy.
When you're enjoying someone's company, time doesn't walk.
It runs.
But when it's time to leave…
even the clock becomes your enemy.
We eventually continued our journey and visited Bharathi's house in Ettayapuram before finally heading back toward town.
And somewhere along that road, I realized…
We didn't just meet that day.
We created a story.
A story made from kilometres.
Unexpected calls.
Nervous smiles.
Teasing.
Food.
Games.
Photos.
A surprise gift.
And two people who were once strangers on a chat…
now laughing about the same memories.
That Sunday wasn't perfect.
The plan changed.The route changed.
The timing changed.
The places changed.
But maybe that's why it became perfect.
Because some of the best memories aren't planned.
They happen when the soul suddenly whispers…
“Shall we meet?”
And today, when we talk about that day…
she still smiles.
She still laughs.
And then comes the inevitable question:
“So… when are we meeting again?”
Maybe that's the beautiful thing about a first meet.
It doesn't really end when you say goodbye.
It ends only when you stop talking about it.
And apparently…
we haven't stopped yet.
So, My healer…
You survived the first meeting.
You survived my teasing.
You survived my pinching.
You survived my terrible planning.
And somehow…
you're still asking for a second meet.
That can only mean one thing…
The story isn't over.
Maybe the next chapter begins with another unexpected call.“SHALL WE MEET?”
And maybe this time…
I'll try not to sleep.
**— Soul Hacker **
Some meetings are planned by calendars.
Some are arranged by destiny.
But the unforgettable ones…
begin with four simple words: “Shall we meet?”
