Registered user but cannot login into chatrooms

hi, im a registered user, but when the login page comes and i enter my credentials, it's showing that user cannot be found, kindly look into matter and anyone who knows please let know what can i do!
 
I'd say just from reading this, you didn't put in a valid email address and verify it. therefore the system kicked you off and erased your account. If you dont verify your account within 24hrs, its erased.

But I did verify it as soon as I received the mail. Also now while logging in, it shows that I'm banned from a specific chatroom...what seems to be the issue ?
 
This is to raise a complaint that I've been unnecessarily banned for almost 1+ years from the Kerala chat room even before I even logged into it. Admin please look into the matter, atleast let me know the reason and kindly revoke the ban if possible.

Clear your browser cache and history, then try again, if you didn't done anything filthy, then it might be a glitch.
