What is the purpose of this mental disorder (Theprayingmantis) user in telugu chat

Why he always provoking all users ...??

I Blocked this user long back why he intentionally tagging me and talking about me in the wall..

You all know about him then why you entertain him again and again

As a "PRO" user why he always behaving like this ...??

This is not a first time he did like this with me

so many users asked me did you blocked him...??
