Muted forever Meaning

Yes, and when did it happen? Which room where you?
 
It happened today and was muted by Ichayan. I have started using this site only for few days and I am done now . No need to lift the ban as I am not keen to continue here . I raised this question just to know whether this muted forever is like a ban meant to be served for life . Anyway let it be there forever . Thanks again for your response .
