Mental Health - Work From Home

Work from home sucks:Anger:

When u work in office and if u have any stress that will be reduced as ur mind will be diverted while you are travelling back to home, u may see some interesting things happening around u.

But while you are working from home that stress stays within u and it won't allow u to fall asleep and this leads to Depression and then Overthinking and later on Suicidal thoughts.

So it's my kind advice to those who are working from home please don't stress much and do as per your capabilities and do spend your time with your family and friends and most important releive your stress before going to sleep so that u get a sound sleep.

This is my personal experience which has made me a Jobless person now.

Couldn't agree more! Getting locked in a room always results in some sort of mental health issues unless you're on a bed rest. You can still go for an evening walk, do exercise, meet your friends even if you're on a wfh job these days. The need for work life balance is more important than ever.
