When we think of the person who hurt it gives negative energy only to us. We feel negative. Of course we gets hurt because we love them much that’s why we get hurt and it repeat in our head as chain. Unless we stop it won’t vanish from us
But when we think of people who love us it gives much peaceful mind and positive energy and it leads to much growth and happening to us
It’s our choice to be with happy or struggle mind
We may think the hurt one on short term repeatedly however at the end on a long term the one who shower love would last ever in our heart
