I can't create an account to join the rooms

Hello mods im literally new on here and i tried to create a account to join the chatrooms but for some reason something's wrong, it gives me a message that says i have already made a lot of accounts and im curious, since when i have made an account on here and I don't know about it...

try clearing your cache and cookies, and make sure your browser is up to date. if you try using to many guest names you get blocked for a few hours, even if you're making a new registered account.
