I am not able to block users on my end

Hello and good evening mods and admins @JUPITER @Hades @Shyam .I have been facing this issue not able to block users on my wall. As and when I try to block them , I get a message the user cannot be blocked. I want to block users who are spamming. Kindly tell me the solution.

you might have reached the block limit, you'll need to get rid of some of the old blocks from past users. you filled it up.
