How much hours do u sleep?

6-7 hours top. Sometimes much less than that. My Tinnitus is super loud and consistent and have had it for about 5 months now. I've been looking at some hearing aid online and I find it much more effective when I use an ear bud instead of background noise. I have started to see quieter days after every 1-2 days. I am hopeful as the frequency of quiet(er) days has been increasing.
