Hi here again. Unable to enter Beta Chat as it doesnt recognise my registered ID and user name? Thanks

I have been trying to log into Betachat but it doesnt recognise my registered ID and password. Please help
 
if you know you haven't been banned, always clear your cache, cookies and then refresh, especially after an update has been done, some devices especially mobiles are assholes and wont let you in until you clear out the old data.
 
I have just cleared all my history and caches but when I try to log in direct to beta it doesnt allow access as it does not recognise my user ID or password. I have entered via here in the forum onto the old wall then onto beta and it has recognised my registered details? i am also still unable to share any picture I am not sure if that has been resolved yet. Thanks
 
first off, did you clear the cookies? that has to be done, not your history. second if you entered the information to many times, the system locks you out, and you'll have to wait awhile before trying to log in. As for the pics its still being worked on, I'll announce when its complete.

I cleared all my history. I did not enter my details many times. I can only enter via the forum and the old wall plus still cant share pictures. I am registered. When I try to go direct to chatzozo it only gives me betachat which doesnt recognise my id or password. I only have tthe typing and voice icons in the chat room and in private chat to icon for picture download. I can still share pictures in private on the old wall.
 
did you clear the cookies?? history wont do anything but clean your porn sites off so somebody cant look at where you've been on your computer/mobile. you need to clear the COOKIES.

I do an advanced clearing and in includes all cookies.
