Awesome saying. You expressed your feelings. Thats good to bring em out in open . Helps feel relaxed some way. Being quiet is easy to adopt. But to me its kind of escape too. Opposite people are humans too. So many things going on their mind . Not anything like all complains about you . About their own circumstances, unable to solve their own problems, worry of falling short in others expectations. Anything extreme is wrong. IN Sanskrit they say 'Ati sarvatra warjyet". Better go to middle path . Sometime quiet ,sometime expressing the way you earlier behaving. I am sure , you would feel better and whatever false illusions , beliefs you have will wipe out. This world and life and people around us are wonderful creatures. Accept them as humans with their all shortfalls, deficiency and mood change. And live life to its fullest. Life is too short not to enjoy each n every moments.
