Happy lohri to all, in TN is pongal and for us Lohri.
Preparations are going crazy for lohri in my place. Let's start with sweets that are hone made
The classical Gajjar ki halwa Or carrot halwa



2. Most villages in Punjab make this dish in TN it's pori oorundai. We call it
Murmura ki ladoo


3. The classical aate ki ladoo




Well waiting for the evening bon fire n mela which will start in a few hrs. Shall post pics too

Murmura throwing offering to God. Though logei marks the end of winter solstice the cold will continue.
Personally, I've been blessed with amazing produce and harvest.
