I was muted without any warning, even though the other person was the one who started using abusive language. This feels unfair, as I didn’t provoke or disrespect anyone.

As already said In chat, you were muted for a reason. I was there kicking the id who abused you, not once twice or thrice. You got the block option to use. Instead u initiated the counter comments back over his family that was abusive as well. The mute is just for a due of 2 days. Anyway, u r able to chat using guest id, ain't u? If owner feels like taking it over, let him. Next time, be wise enough to maintain your peace over replying them.
