Can we get out of depression? I don't want any internet answers, if you did experience it please share.

I faced it when I was suffering from health issue and I can't even express those negative thoughts even till now I've some issues of insomnia

Yeah it can get very negative. Which makes us believe our mind is not completely in our control. It can play tricks on us.
