The only thing to stop depression is understanding ourself and not expecting anything from anyone... so zero expectations = zero heartbreaks and depressions...

Physical depression: Whoever doing regular work..going office and looking computer and get depressed ...normal things ..for that reason company give leave for 2days to peace your mind....this depression can cure..but mental depression can't be cure

Mental depression: unforgettable bad past in your life which make you to think past..past issue and some person thinking deeply about future ..when you deeply thinking about one thing you get depression..once it entered easily never come back from this..depressiin is a disease ..once entered you can control that by doing yoga or gng vacation or stay in happy environment or talking with beloved one that is a only solution make you to manage your depression..it make you to come out from depression but we can't cure permanent.....
