Hello and good evening Ms. . Kindly post this thread in the Technical help/Problems/Suggestions section and also tag admins and/or unimods for swift action. Also maybe you are entering the wrong email ID registered at the site. Anyways better still to contact the staff for help. Cheers!!!

its because you didn't verify your email when you initially made your account, now its locked out. you have to create a new account, or message me with your account name and I'll send you a new verification.
