Can enter forums but not chat

When I try to login at chat it says my email/nickname doesnt exist, but I can login with the same email/nickname at the forum. I dont know what to do

1.Chk If you have entered wrong login details
2. Clear cache n try
3. Try the password forgotten tab

You have to register in chat again, forum have separate database to handle users.
