1st row -> hexa+penta+square (6+5+4)×3 = 45
2nd row -> 4bananas+4bananas+ 15 = 4+4+15 = 23
3rd row -> 4bananas+3 O' clock + same = 4+3+3 = 10
Last and final -
2 O' clock + 3bananas + 3bananas × (Hexa+penta)
= 5+ 3×11
= 38

Symbols are not same in each row....

Look very care fully at the clock it's 2'O clock instead of 3, those bananas are 3bananas instead of 4 and Hexagon & Pentagon available only not available the square so 15-4 = 11 bases.
So it will 2+3+3×11 = 38
