Banned and I don't know the reason

I will post again a Thread bcoz I don't know if my last thread is published. My account name that banned is Dumpy, help me to lift the ban. I don't know what I did, I sleep a while ago, I left my phone open in Chatzozo, it has a problema, it do ghost touches. When I woke up, I tried to switch room bcoz I have friends in other room. I'm confused why I can't switch rooms, I tried to clear cache my chrome, but when I put back my email and password, it says that I'm banned. I will fight for this bcoz I have a lot of friends there in my account. Help me fix this.
