Account log in issue in chat room

Can somebody please help ? i have been trying to login my account to chat room but log in failed,but same account I can log in forum side . please help me some one

I think you cant use the same account that you use to forum in chat. You couldn’t login the one you used in chat ah?

Why ? Already I had used from last 2 years .I have user name and password but when I trying to login it's saying doesn't exit .but I can login forums

It’s new version of Chat room and old ids are not existed anymore , I had same issue and I have created new one.
