A promise isn’t just words, it’s a piece of faith
WE HAND OVER TO SOMEONE, BELIEVING THEY WILL PROTECT IT ..
BUT WHEN IT BREAKS..
IT’S NOT JUST THE PROMISE THAT SHATTERS.. IT’S SOMETHING INSIDE US (HEART) TOO...
After that u will start questioning everything!! Literally everything.. Like,
Was it ever real?
Did they mean what they said?
Or were those words just temporary comfort for a moment they didn’t want to lose?
And etc etc!!
The hardest part isn’t even the broken promise, but pretending it didn’t matter is killed ur inner peace n u...
SMILING LIKE U DIDN’T WAIT, DIDN’T BELIEVE , DIDN’T HOLD ON ...
But DEEP DOWN U DID...
U ALWAYS DO...
Because when u truly care about someone, u believe in their words..
Even when deep down, u fear they might break them...

think twice...
