And I sometimes think… if you are the flower in my life, then I wouldn't want to love only the flower.
I would love the thorns that protect you.
I would love the stem that holds you gently.
I would love the wind that touches you softly and carries its affection to you.
I would love the sunlight that gives you warmth and helps you bloom.
I would love the rain that refreshes you when you need it. ️
I would love the roots that quietly nourish you and keep you strong.
And I would even love the soil that holds your roots and gives you a place to grow.

Because loving you wouldn't mean loving only the beautiful part everyone can see.
It would mean loving everything that protects you, supports you, nourishes you, and helps you bloom.
Maybe that's how I understand love.
If you are my flower, I don't just want to admire your bloom…
