Social media can definitely be a place to let out your sorrows. But if you genuinely want to move on, maybe don’t turn your profile into a daily episode of “How My Ex Ruined My Life.”
Have some fun.. laugh...post random stuff.. live your life.
You don’t always have to prove who hurt whom or who was the villain.
Because somewhere, your ex might be telling the exact same story to someone else… except in their version, they’re the innocent victim and you’re the villain...
So… heal quietly...have fun loudly...
and let the past remain in the past.

Sometimes, letting your sorrows out to the right person is a part of healing.
But telling the same sad story to everyone you meet isn’t “letting it out” anymore.
At some point, you’re no longer looking for healing… unknowingly, you’re looking for attention...sympathy...and someone to keep validating your pain...!
Healing is when the story stops being your identity...
Don’t invite unwanted people into your life just because they know how to console and comfort you.
Sometimes, the person who helps you “heal” can unknowingly drag you right back to the same situation you were trying to escape...
Not everyone who comforts your wounds deserves access to your life..!
