Those Who Hide Their Pain✨

I’ve realised that the people who love the deepest
are often the ones who have felt unloved the most.

They give away the care they once longed to receive,
offer comfort while their own hearts quietly ache,
& make everyone feel loved, even when they feel forgotten.

They always put others first,
hiding their pain behind a smile
and telling only half of their story.

And when their parents & friends ask if they’re okay,
they simply say,

I’m fine
not because they are,
but because they never want their pain
to become someone else’s burden.

Maybe this is why I love people so deeply… I know what it feels like to be unloved.
So now I give everyone the care I once needed and then casually say I.am fine like my emotional damage has a WiFi password.

This is painfully relatable. Sometimes the people who say “I’m fine” the most are the ones silently carrying the heaviest emotions.
You deserve the same love and care you give to everyone else.

Self Healing is better then taking someone else shoulder....which making me even more heavy and guilty by dumping my words....✨

Maybe we become the kind of person we once needed. And somewhere along the way we learn to give others the warmth we were once searching for ourselves. ❤️
