there is no ban, you must clear your cache, then the cookies, make sure your browser is up to date. Also, what browser are you using.?

I’ve done all that but the issue still persists. I’m using Chrome and have also tried other browsers.

try again, if it doesn't work, then I dont know what more to tell ya. Other than make sure you dont have any adblockers turned on.
