They create most pain in heart with silence.. no one knows that pain who knows only who experienced in past...

Those painful days are most depressing and hectic also...

but once you heal and move on. They looking as silly things...

Agree!!! Not every memory disappears wit time..Some of them don’t actually leave u just get better at living without thinking bout them every day... Life slowly moves on, distractions grow n those memories settle somewhere deep inside u, almost in silent, like tey are resting..
But tey are never truly gone...
All it takes is something small... As u said a song, a place, a smell, a random moment of silence n suddenly, those memories come back to the surface.. N wen tey do, it’s not like u are just remembering! it feels like u are there again.. The emotions return in full exactly how tey once felt.. The laughter, the comfort, the connection N also the loss...
That’s why it hits so deeply...
Bcoz it’s not a distant memory... It feels present..ALIVE!!!
