Admin or Bully this needs attention

It’s really disappointing to see what’s happening in the Kerala room . Admin SHYAM has been openly abusing and targeting VIP members as if he personally owns the platform

An admin’s role is to maintain peace fairness and respect not to misuse power or insult users VIP members support and add value to the room Targeting them with abusive words only creates negativity and damages the community environment

What’s even more unfair is that when we questioned this behavior we were banned. If an admin can use abusive words openly why are we punished just for speaking up? There shouldn’t be one rule for admins and another for members.

No one is above the rules We deserve a respectful and fair space where everyone is treated equally. I hope @Hades seriously look into this matter and ensure equal treatment for everyone.

@Hades I would like to raise a complaint regarding the behavior of a chatroom admin.
Recently, Admin shyam verbally abused users including me,without any valid reason. Such behavior is highly inappropriate. Admins are expected to maintain discipline and ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone,not for insulting users.Unfortunately, I couldn’t take the screenshot at that moment.
I kindly request this matter be reviewed seriously and appropriate action be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.

@Hades it's is so surprising that only mallu room is having a single admin or moderator, even though it's the 3rd most populated chat room currently running in the zozo !
& Many times we went on to other rooms to ask for any mod or admin to take actions against the things done in the mallu room

First thing you handle it - I respect that .
Secondly -it's not for speaking a mean word, even I used to tell the same word "Myre" In the wall. But I spoke for what he did after that. What was the abuse I caused there. He banned me by tagging abuser. There was nothing in the wall that I caused an abuse. It's his mood to keep or kick someone if things doesn't go in his ways. I don't butter him so that I am not privileged.

I am ok to leave the site if he can prove that I caused any abuse in the wall. But what if the case is opposite?
Is Malayalam room a playground for Shyam's mood swings?

I understand it's a adult chat site with all kind of people with different mindsets and temper. Calling myre is not an abuse. But banning someone without a adequate cause is the thing your super admin should do? Is that what you agree?

I believe I have the right to speak like this coz I didn't do anything against the chatroom rules.

First of all, we are not asking you to fire him. At the very least, he should be given a warning or temporary suspension. This is not the first time he has used abusive language

We understand this is an adult chat site, but even on an adult platform there should be basic respect. If a regular member speaks abusively or behaves inappropriately, admins usually kick or ban them. So what should happen when an admin does the same thing to a VIP?

If we flip the situation and it was a member abusing others action would be taken immediately. Here an admin repeatedly abused a VIP and when we questioned it, we were banned. That is why we raised our voice

We do not have any power in this matter. The only thing we can do is bring it to the owner’s attention, and that is what we did. Kindly look into this issue fairly.

Also, the VIP did not take any screenshots because she was using an incognito platform for her own safety and privacy. That should not be held against her. As you can see in this thread, multiple members are complaining and sharing similar experiences. This clearly shows that it is not a one time misunderstanding. Several people have faced this kind of abusive behavior before, and that should be taken seriously...

and I said I'll handle it. What you dont know, is what SOME of these vips are saying in the background and attacking the mod, but they dont tell you that, they only tell you THEIR side of the story, not the complete picture. So thats why I say I'll handle it, cause I can pull up the chat history and see exactly whats being said, instead of getting "he said, she said" I can look at it all. I'm closing this thread and when I find out more I'll open it and address this situation again.
