I think the first thing I’d write would be something about health, not just for me but for my family too. I’ve seen how stressful it gets when someone close is dealing with medical stuff, and it really puts everything else on hold. Money, work, even hobbies don’t mean much if you or the people you care about aren’t well, so that would probably be my go-to wish.
