I usually stay calm and composed with strong control over my anger.

Rarely, when I lose my temper, I may vent by breaking objects or valuables, but I never direct my anger at people.

My anger management shows restraint, as I avoid harming others despite intense emotions.

1.Misunderstanding Through Others (Betrayal/Gossip): When someone misunderstands me, particularly if that misunderstanding is relayed or spread through a third party. (This often feels like a double insult—the misunderstanding itself, and the lack of direct communication).

2.Being Humiliated/Insulted (Direct Disrespect): When someone directly insults or disrespects me. (This is a straightforward attack on my own dignity and self-worth).

3.Hunger (hanger): I get extremely angry when I don't get food while I'm hungry. (This is a common and very relatable physical reaction often called "hanger" - a mix of hunger and anger).:nodding:
*Note - But honestly, Zozo has brought a lot of change into my life, teaching me how to gain control over myself. That's why Zozo is a big chapter in my life.

I see all this points are applicable for everyone except that hanger for me....

If I feel hanger i having control on it... Because I used to do the diet strictly... So the hanger is my mind not physically...

Have a good @Anshhi

carol-biazin-gifsdayrol.gifThat is a fantastic realization and a very strong sign of discipline and self-awareness!

You are completely correct: if you are following a strict diet, the feeling of "hanger" is often a mental pattern or habit rather than a true physical emergency.

Manipulation, betrayal, and backstabbers really test my patience, but I’ve learned the best response is stepping back rather than waste my energy on them.

Hello and good evening everyone. Nice post bro Ironman. I appreciate that you have self control and don't loose it on people you are angry with. Yet in my experience, if one does not vent it out it keeps building up. Just by throwing things and stuff, it might calm you down but it will not let go of your anger towards the person. It's always better to initiate a conversation and out there express your anger out as well. To be honest, I used to bottle up a lot but over a period of time I realized it's harming me and making me more toxic. Hence I started talking and if things did not work out, I moved on. I don't like to keep toxic people around, it could be my family or my real life friends per se. I want to be at peace and for me no one is worth enough that. God bless. Cheers!!!!

Well to say on that note. Anger does repress a person. Now to clarify point wise.

1. There is nothing wrong in apologizing. Sorry does not make anyone smaller. It just builds your character.

2. I don't show my anger, I have a conversation to clear things. Yet if the matter is not cleared, I back off.

3. One does get angry most with people who they care about most. Yet it's better to resolve rather than dissolve within.

Good night bro. Take care and stay safe. Cheers!!!
