


My life truly improved when I stopped forcing myself to be “nice” just to avoid conflict or please others.
Being nice often meant ignoring my own feelings, accepting disrespect, and carrying unnecessary stress.
Now, I choose to be a good person with strong boundaries. I speak up, protect my peace, and act with kindness—not out of obligation, but from self-respect.
There's a big difference between being nice to be liked and being good because it's who you are.
