First of all without reason none will get muted.
How sure u are it's bcoz of bug he got muted?
i was muted long before. admin said that was mod's mistake
Before saying without any reason, just think what u have said at chat inappropriately. And someone get offended of ur words and u got reported
And if i made any mistake.. i want to know what i said ? and muted for how long? thats it

I’ve been muted from the room three times so far:
1. The first time was a mistake by the room moderator. They later acknowledged the error, contacted me, and resolved it themselves.
2. The second time, I was muted for writing in Hindi.
3. Most recently, I was muted yesterday because it was said that I had spoken abusively.
Since then, people I interacted with on the wall have been asking me things like, “Didn’t they see what was on the wall?” or “Did you say something in someone’s PM?”
But the truth is, I didn’t send any abusive messages in PM, and I’m still genuinely curious to know what exactly I said that was considered abusive.
Meanwhile, I’ve seen a new user come in and openly use targeted abuse — insulting both male and female, and even using abusive language towards mothers and fathers — and yet, even after reporting them, no action was taken.
Despite this, I want to say that the administrators of ZOZO are doing a great job overall. I’m just hoping for a little more clarity and fairness.
