What is life?
The question of the meaning of life is perhaps one that we would rather not ask, for fear of the answer or lack thereof.
Still today, many people believe that we, humankind, are the creation of a supernatural entity called God, that God had an intelligent purpose in creating us, and that this intelligent purpose is "the meaning of life".
The actual meaning of life is to fulfill your purpose in life and accomplish your goals. What I mean by this is, everyone has a purpose, of why they are living. None of us will be here if we all didn't have a purpose

Right its a choice, but where is the "Fate"?
Luck or fate is nothing practically .
As described,In a way its the reaction(Postive or negative)of ur previous deed/karma (Sanchit,prarabdh,kriyemaan).
What one do(action),one have to face the consequences sooner or later(reaction),u can call it fate or luck in a way(favourable or not favourable its just the karmic reaction)

In my own opinion life is a matter of choice, you are the one directing it what will be your life is. Making decisions what's best for you or sometimes what makes you happy is the one we choose. Live life to the fullest even if you believe it's by chance or by choice. The important is how you run your life. Life is full of surprises, mysteries and challenges. Life is by chance because some things are meant to happen to you to teach you how to value life also life is a matter of choice because decision making is part of each other life and choosing or directing your life is the power of every human being. Life is a matter of choice or chance, either way live if to the fullest.
