My texts are being posted on the wall after 4-5 times and that too, very late. In pms, my texts are just vanishing, no matter how many times I try. Please help.

If this is happening during late nights its' probably coz of the site load you'd be seeing some delays in your texts appearing on wall. As far as the texts vanishing in DMs at times the when you click on the send option it won't go through refresh the site and it'll work fine.
If its during normal hours try clearing cache logout and login again.

It's BCz of chat load.. many facing the same especially at night.
What I used to do is type texts slowly and then I didn't get this prblm most of times
