Unable to post videos

I tried to post a video using ‘attach file’ option but cannot select it.

. Mp4 file - Unable to select the file when try to attach (File is disabled for selection)

. Mov file - Not visible under selection

Usually mp4 supports and i did uploaded earlier. Would you check on this or advice me exactly which format to be used or any other way
