Two user using same nick

Two user with same nick - " khiladi "
One is regular and good with everyone
Other is abusing to everyone..

@Pinkcandy @Rapunzel please have a look.. 2 ids same nick..
without viewing id both look same which is not good..

There is no harm using the image as its public internet image also there is no harm using the name no one have copyright on that name.
But i wonder how can be exact same spelling of 2 users Strange
