If it's an energy then it's an interesting parallel with Gita as Ekalustya pointed out. If it's a force, then maybe every soul has an equal and opposite soul- soul mates lol

This has to do with philosophy and spiritualism than science. Law of Conservation of energy is from a scientific perspective. The idea of soul, rebirth, life after death, and other associate subjects, are within the realm of spirituality. Understanding philosophy can improve the outlook towards life, thereby encouraging spiritual growth. One should not get confuesd between Science and Spirituality.
There is no soul ! Its just complex cellular organization which evolved over billions of years.

No...it isnt possible....we eat food to get energy to do physcial work or we creating a energy to running our body..here we producing energy ..
if we don't eat we don't energy to do physcial work..if we don't get energy we take permanent rest ..here we destroy energy...
One energy has spent you can't recover your used energy..it gone.
Example :bike is a a body..fuel is a energy..you used one litres of fuel..can you recover back your fuel???ones used you never take back that...
