The Gorgon grew angrier as Hercules and Elena refused to look at her and then swung her tail at them once again, "now!!" Said Hercules. A moment later Hercules and Elena leapt out of the way and the Gorgon's tail smashed into the ground, Hercules moved quickly then swung and thrust his sword towards the Gorgon as Elena moved behind her, Hercules continued to attack the Gorgon and distracted her as Elena moved silently and swiftly.
As the Gorgon defended herself from Hercules attacks, Elena moved closer and closer towards her a she held her sword firmly. Then a few seconds later Elena attacked and swung her sword through the air towards the Gorgon, a matter of seconds later the Gorgon screamed as Elena's sword cut through her scaly green skin, green blood dripped from the Gorgon's wound as she turned around to attack Elena.
Elena defended herself as the Gorgon swiped at her with her sharp claws, whilst the Gorgon was distracted Hercules leapt into the air and swung his sword towards the Gorgon. Then..."SLASH!!", Hercules sword sliced through the Gorgon's neck severing her head, the Gorgon's head fell from her shoulders and down to the ground as green blood sprayed from her neck.
"Get back, do not let the Gorgon's blood touch you!" Said Hercules, Elena moved out of the way quickly and then stood beside Hercules as the Gorgon's blood burned and bubbled like acid. Several moments later the Gorgon's body fizzled and disintegrated into nothingness, "Knossos is safe now!" Said Elena as she put her sword away, "I am certain this shall not be the last time I see a Gorgon" said Hercules as he put his sword away.
Moments later the pool of blood began to bubble more and shine bright, "what is happening?" Said Elena, "I do not know" said Hercules as they moved back a little. A minute or two later something began to take form in front of them, then suddenly a burst of gold light flashed and sparks flew around then a winged horse appeared in front of them, "a winged horse, how is this possible?" Said Elena.
"It must be the work of the god's!" Said Hercules as the white coloured winged horse neighed and stretched out it's wings a little. "It is beautiful!" Said Elena. A few minutes later the winged horse ran through the street and then launched itself into the air then soared thru the clear blue sky at high speed, "amazing!" Said Elena, "Pegasus will have a new friend when it reaches Olympus" said Hercules and then smiled.
Several minutes later the citizens had appeared and the streets were bustling once again, "well I shall be staying here for now before I journey onwards" said Hercules. "I shall stay for a little while also" said Elena, "I must go and see the king, maybe we shall meet again some day" said Hercules and then smiled at her, Elena and Hercules said goodbye and went their separate ways as a few visitors arrived at the city.
"Hmm just myself again now, I shall explore the rest of this city!" Said Elena in excitement as she began to walk through the streets.
