After a few minutes of walking Elena had reached Kalydon, as she entered the village the smell of oleander bushes and daisies filled the air. Elena breathed in the aroma as the gentle breeze coming from the sea brushed against her skin, the houses around the village were mostly painted white and had their own small garden's beside them, Elena walked slowly around the village and saw a young girl playing with a wooden toy shaped like a horse.
Elena walked up to the young girl and talked to her, "hello I'm Elena, I like your toy horse" she said and then smiled at the young girl. "My name is Klelia" said the girl and then smiled back at her then continued to play with her toy horse, "your toy horse reminds me of the hero Odysseus and how he tricked the Trojan's with his big wooden horse" said Elena, "mother has told me that story" said Klelia.
"Is your mother here?" Asked Elena, "mother is in our garden" said Klelia as she continued to play with her toy horse, a moment later Klelia's mother walked towards Elena. "Hello can I help you with something?" Said Klelia's mother, "no I was just walking around, I am visiting here on my journey, I am Elena" she said, "I am Erini, nice to meet you" said Klelia's mother.
"I saw Klelia's toy horse and it reminded me of Odysseus and the Trojan horse" said Elena, "I have told her that story many time's" said Erini. "I like that story too" said Elena, "have you seen my husband around?" Asked Erini, "what does he look like?" Asked Elena, Erini gave her a description but Elena had not seen him since she had arrived, "what is his name?" Asked Elena, "his name is Acastus, he is normally home by now so I a fear something may have happened to him" said Erini.
"I am sure there is nothing to worry about but I could search for him if you like" said Elena, "thank you, if you find him please tell him dinner will be ready soon" said Erini. Elena nodded and then said goodbye and went away to look for Erin's husband Acastus, "hmm he must be around here somewhere!" Thought Elena was she walked around Kalydon, twenty minutes later she had walked around the entire village and couldn't find Acastus anywhere.
"Hmm strange, where could he have gone" thought Elena was she stood still and looked around, a few moments later she decided to head to the beach and look there. A few minutes later Elena had reached the beach and walked across the golden coloured sand and looked around, "hmm still nothing" thought Elena, then a few moments later she turned around saw a cave.
"Hmm I wonder if Acastus is inside that cave" said Elena as she began to walk towards it, as she got closer to the cave she could see a light coming from somewhere within. "Someone is inside this cave!" Thought Elena, a moment later she drew her sword and entered the cave, the window flowed into the cave and created an almost eerie sound as Elena walked further inside.
Elena walked a little further and the light within the cave became brighter as she got closer towards the source, a couple of minutes later she heard voices close by and listened in. "I want that treasure!" Said one man in an angry tone of voice, "no it is mine, I found it so it belongs to me Kostas" said another man, "give it to me or I shall kill you and take your wife!" Said Kostas.
"You shall leave my wife alone!" said the other man, "that must be Acastus!" Thought Elena as she grilled her sword firmly. A matter of seconds later Kostas tried to take the treasure away from Acastus, "get off it belongs to me!" Said Acastus, a moment later Acastus punched Kostas in the face hard almost knocking him down, Kostas wiped the blood from his lip and grew angrier.
"You shall pay for that" said Kostas as he drew his sword, "enough of this!!" Said Elena loudly as she moved out from where she was standing. "This does not concern you, get out of here now!" Said Kostas, "it does concern me, Erini asked me to look for him" said Elena, "my wife asked you to look for me?" Said Acastus, "yes, she was worried about you as you were late going home" said Elena.
"I had discovered this treasure and then Kostas confronted me, that is why I had not arrived at home" said Acastus, "Erini says dinner shall be ready soon, so let us end this before anyone gets hurt" said Elena. "I want that treasure!" Said Kostas, "if Acastus found that treasure then it belongs to him not you" said Elena, Kostas turned around and pointed his sword towards Elena and said "stay out of this or I shall kill you as well!" Said Kostas.
"I shall not warn you again, stop this or I shall stop you myself!" Said Elena as her patience began to wear thin, "I shall take what I want" said Kostas as he moved slowly towards Elena. "Fine, I warned you and you did not listen so what happens next will be your own doing..." Said Elena as she prepared to fight Kostas.
